Cloud vMix production

Run your vMix show from anywhere.

Spin up a cloud-hosted vMix production box in minutes, pull in cameras and feeds from anywhere over SRT, drop in live graphics and timing data, and mix the whole show remotely — quick, reliable, and proven on real event weekends.

Cloud production

Your production truck, in the cloud.

Sources, graphics, data, and switching — the whole show on a box you bring up for the weekend and shut down when you wrap.

Quick, easy, reliable

Start a full vMix box in a tap, load your show preset, and you're live in minutes — no gear to haul, no setup to babysit.

Mix from your couch

It's full remote production: the box runs in the cloud, you run the box — from the truck, a hotel, or your couch. No on-site rig required.

Bring in any source

Pull cameras, encoders, LiveU units, and other productions straight in over SRT — two inputs standard, up to fifteen with the input package.

Live graphics, no install

SpeedGFX overlays load as browser sources right on the box — tickers, lineups, lower thirds, results, and event slates, all updating live.

Data straight to air

Relay live timing and scoring — RMonitor, MultiLoop, AKS V2, MyRacePass — from the track into your graphics in real time.

Multi-unit & event-proven

Run several boxes together across regions — graphics, switching, encoding — coordinated for bigger shows and proven on real race weekends.

How it works

Three steps, start to stream.

Your crew signs in to the Control Room at controlroom.speedprod.app — each operator sees only their machines.

Bring the cloud up

Start the boxes you need for the show. Watch them come live and the cost meter start counting. Stop them the moment you wrap.

Go live

Point your stream domains straight at the machines you started, and keep an eye on the fleet total all weekend.

The Control Room

One console runs the whole fleet.

Behind every show is the Control Room at controlroom.speedprod.app — start and stop boxes across regions, watch each one live, restream it anywhere, see the whole fleet on one wall, and watch real cost tick. All behind a role-based login.

controlroom.speedprod.app · instances LIVE
ControlRoom Instances tab: a fleet of cloud encoders grouped by customer, each tile showing running or stopped state, start and stop controls, bound DNS name, live uptime and metered today / 7-day / month cost.
Live fleet control — every box with its state, bound DNS, health and metered cost, grouped by customer.
controlroom.speedprod.app · monitoring LIVE
ControlRoom Monitoring tab: a live program preview of a running box beside its health — relay input, MPEG-TS, CPU, GPU, RAM and disk usage, network throughput in Mbps, and vMix state — with a second box shown stopped.
Eyes on every box — live preview next to CPU / GPU / RAM / disk, network speed and vMix state.
controlroom.speedprod.app · multiview LIVE
ControlRoom Multiview tab: a video wall of every active relay endpoint across the fleet — two live program feeds side by side — with a field to pin an HLS pull URL.
The whole show on one wall — every active stream at once, plus any HLS pull URLs you pin.
controlroom.speedprod.app · reports METERED
ControlRoom Reports tab: a CloudWatch-metered billing table over a date range, listing each machine's type, run-time hours, data-out and cost per box with a fleet total.
CloudWatch-metered billing — run-time and data-out per machine over any date range, exportable to CSV or invoice.
controlroom.speedprod.app · endpoints RELAY
ControlRoom Endpoints tab: a list of cloud machines, each with a stream endpoint to publish from vMix and pull back as SRT, RTMP or HLS or forward to external targets.
Restream anywhere — give each box a stream endpoint: publish from vMix, pull it back as SRT / RTMP / HLS, or forward it on.
Instances

Start the fleet in a tap

Bring boxes up and down across AWS regions from one console. An instance allowlist is the hard safety boundary — a stray request can't touch anything else in the account.

  • Multi-region — finds and routes to each box
  • Per-box health checks (TCP or stream probe) with a live dot
  • Auto-stop forgotten boxes past an hours cap
  • One-click “use IP in DNS”
Monitoring

Eyes on every box

A live video preview of each machine next to its health, so a problem shows up on the wall before it ever hits air.

  • Live program preview per box
  • CPU / GPU / RAM / disk at a glance
  • vMix state and network throughput
  • Health dot the moment something drifts
Endpoints

Restream it anywhere

Give each machine a stream endpoint: publish once from vMix, then pull it back or push it onward to wherever it needs to land.

  • Publish from vMix to a co-located relay
  • Pull it back as SRT, RTMP or HLS
  • Forward to external targets — CDN or partners
  • Always-on relay on a dedicated IP
Multiview

The whole show on one wall

A video wall of every active stream across the fleet, plus any HLS pull URLs you pin — one tab to watch it all at once.

  • Live video wall of every active stream
  • Pin HLS pull URLs to the wall
  • Shows only endpoints that are publishing
  • One glance across the whole fleet
A Record

One-shot A-record control

Point any record on the domain at a fresh IP with a TTL control. The GoDaddy secret never reaches the browser — a backend holds it and proxies the call.

  • Update or create subdomain records from the UI
  • Protected records (🔒) refused server-side
  • Live lock (🟢) guards records on running boxes
Costs

Real cost, while it runs

A live dashboard of uptime plus today / 7-day / month-to-date cost per box, metered from CloudWatch — never a guess. Stop a box and the meter stops with it.

  • Run-time from CPUUtilization, data-out from NetworkOut
  • Hourly rate and “~$X/mo if left on” projection
  • Per-box and fleet-wide totals at a glance
  • Admins see true cost; non-admins a configurable markup
Reports & estimator

Bill it, then quote the next one

Date-range cost reports scopeable per customer, plus a forward estimator for pricing the next event before it runs.

  • This-week / month presets or any date range
  • Export to CSV and a printable invoice
  • Estimator forecasts cost ahead of the show
  • Per-customer scoping for clean billing
Users

Who sees what

Username/password login with server-side sessions. Passwords are scrypt-hashed with a per-user salt — plaintext is never stored.

  • Roles: admin, user, and customer-admin
  • Per-account scoping of machines and records
  • Customer-admins see only their boxes and billing
  • Configurable price markup for non-admin sessions
Always-on relay — restream on a dedicated IP Node backend — secret never hits the browser Allowlist — the hard start/stop boundary Role-based — admin · user · customer-admin
The cloud behind the show

Cloud vMix servers, racing-grade and ready.

Spin up a full vMix production box in the cloud, drop in the SpeedGFX web overlay package, and point your streams at it — same console, every weekend.

SpeedProd Cloud vMix

Production boxes you start in a tap

GPU-backed EC2 instances pre-built for live broadcast — vMix, encoders, and your stream stack already wired up. Start them for the show, stop them when you wrap, and the meter only runs while they do.

  • GPU instances sized for vMix & NDI
  • Encoder + vMix boxes side by side
  • SRT / RTMP stream domains point in seconds
  • Per-machine and fleet-wide cost in plain sight
Web overlay package

SpeedGFX overlays, straight into vMix

The full SpeedGFX web overlay package loads as browser-source inputs on the cloud vMix box — no installs, no copying files to the truck. Themed views render live and update over the wire.

  • Themed views — Ember, Carbon & Cup
  • Speed Tower, lineup & vehicle tickers
  • Race-control chyrons and lower thirds
  • Driven live from timing data in real time
  • Companion / Stream Deck control built in
